Week 1 (Cont.)

I am currently sitting at the reference desk, people watching, and writing this blog. Here are my random observations and thoughts, while perched at such a lovely vantage point.

-Some people smell so badly that I can sense their presence even before I look up from the computer screen.
-"You can use my stapler, but you cannot use the entire desk top as well. Give me a break here," runs through my head too often.
-My dad gave me advice once that the best way to rejuvenate from stress is to lie down on a hard surface and rest for a bit. I am not-so-oddly tempted to lie down under the tall service desk at this very moment for a bit of shuteye. The desk is actually long enough for that.
-How can the ready reference section become so messy after so short of time without me even noticing? Trolls, perhaps?
-I love the foot rest/plug outlets at the support desk. Too bad my legs are almost too long to make it completely comfortable. I have to angle them a little to make it work.
